Refund policy

If you don’t love it, return it!  We have a 14-day return policy.

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.  unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, please send your items back to us. Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as teas), Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know that your refund has been approved. When approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns and Exchange Guarantee

All products are covered by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This means they must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match any descriptions or samples shown. If a product is faulty, doesn't do what it claims to do, or doesn't match the description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Return process

To exchange an eligible item or return an item under the ACL or within the exceptions outlined above:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item, clearly stating the reason for your exchange or return

• You may be requested to provide a photograph of your damaged item/s and /or delivery package.

• Damaged items must be returned in original packaging even if also damaged.

• We will provide instructions on returning the item, including the return address.

• Ensure the item is returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.

• Upon receipt, we will process your exchange or refund according to your request.

• Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving credit authorisation approval. 

•Gift cards are non refundable.
